Thanks to SWICA and My Coach I’ve been able to change my eating habits and get closer to my ideal weight. Nowadays I feel much better and my quality of life has improved.

I joined Benevita in 2016 and it has changed my life completely. I put much effort into a healthy life, including exercise, food, sleeping and so on. SWICA's Prevention Management team is a reliable partner. In the field of ergonomics, for example, we used a train-the-trainer approach to train employees who now answer questions internally regarding workplace modifications. The OHM team also offers timely solutions, including a webinar series about the immune system.

Following an illness, SWICA provided me with someone to support and assist me the whole time – my care manager. I believe that this person is extremely important from a psychological and practical point of view. My care manager (Romano Cirasuolo) was there for me throughout my rehabilitation, helping me to organise all my medical and personal affairs. Care managers facilitate and coordinate patient care by setting goals so that patients can continue on their path to recovery with total peace of mind. I got on really well! The service provided by SWICA is FREE. My care manager enabled me to face my illness without ever feeling alone.

Ms Rieder was very professional and helpful and advised me well after my skiing accident to make sure I got the best care while I was in hospital after the surgery. She also helped me to cope with a tense and overwhelming situation after I was admitted to hospital. This gave me confidence as I faced the surgery. Thank you very much!

SWICA gave me all-round support when I had an accident abroad. It was a great relief

I landed, together with my wife and daughter, in Tokyo. My plan was to spend five months in Japan preparing for the World Barista Championship. Just a week after we arrived we were delighted to discover that my wife was pregnant. Thanks to fantastic support from SWICA, all of the doctor's appointments in Japan – so far away from home – went smoothly. And all the associated costs were also covered. This meant that my wife was able to enjoy her pregnancy and I was free to concentrate fully on preparing for the championships. Incidentally, thanks to my intensive preparations I came 10th in the world championships. Since then I have travelled all over the world for coffee.
