As a family, we’ve been insured with SWICA for years now and we're 100% satisfied! SWICA covers a large part of the cost of swimming lessons for our children. Our middle child goes to dances classes, and I was amazed to find that SWICA is the only health insurer which helps out with the cost. Fantastic!!!

I have been very satisfied with SWICA for over 40 years, particularly in the period before and after the birth of my son, who was born with a severe disability. Even though the IV takes care of most of the costs, SWICA was always there for me when I had questions or concerns. It really is a good feeling to be covered by this health insurer!

As a mum and midwife I find that SWICA offers great maternity-related benefits and services. Already during pregnancy SWICA provided support with acupuncture, which helped me a lot. And after the birth they were always there for us, which meant I could enjoy the time with my baby.

I had a heart attack when I was in the Philippines and had to be admitted to hospital as an emergency. Despite difficult communications channels and the different time zones, SWICA and Medicall gave me comprehensive professional support. A Swiss doctor gave me advice by phone and SWICA issued the cover note. SWICA was also there for me on the flight back home.

I’m currently at a rehab centre getting some really excellent treatment. I’m also aware that all this costs a lot of money. SWICA has made this possible for me, and I’m therefore convinced that they take me seriously and know that this is what I need. And, yes, my rehabilitation has been a great success!!! I never thought that this would be possible, but SWICA has provided me with the best option. When things got really difficult, SWICA was there for us. When my son was only one day old, he was transferred to the university hospital because it looked like he needed to have abdominal surgery. The customer support is just great. Always very professional and on the same time very friendly. Any medical consultations I get over phone give me the impression that the people, nurses and doctors involved know well their topic and provide support with a nice human touch. It’s possible not everyone knows that SWICA’s Care Management even exists. I have to say it provides really great support. I had major surgery last autumn and got the best possible help from my care manager, including advice and information on the benefits you’re entitled to (sometimes we’re not that well informed and miss out on benefits that we could be taking advantage of). Although this wasn’t required in my case, they can also help by coordinating things between doctors/hospitals etc.
